Brief Description: Inbd wing substructure

Trial fitted the inbd wing components. Found intersection of #5 rib/doubler did not fit well at the rear spar connection. Found there were no pilot holes in the aft spar for rib #3. Marked those locations for drilling. Smoothed the edges and pilot drilled the 18 inbd rib spacers, W23-08 and -09.
